Area 01 · Everyday life together

Everything that keeps daily life moving — without one person carrying it all.

Most conflicts between siblings are not about willingness, but about who thought what. Recurring tasks are gathered here, clearly assigned and visible to people with permission.

  • Calendar

Appointments, schedules, journeys and responsibilities are gathered in a calendar. People with permission can see what concerns them in their overview.

  • Tasks

Assign a task to a responsible person and mark it as complete. People with permission can follow its status in their overview.

  • Shopping

A shared shopping list where people with permission can see what is needed and mark items as purchased.

  • Matters

The bank, the Tax Agency, the health center, the Social Insurance Agency — the matters that have to be dealt with, brought together with a person in charge and a deadline. You see what has been done and what awaits.

  • Travel & transport

Assisted transport, medical journeys and regular rides can be gathered with schedules and responsibilities. People with permission can see the plan.

Area 02 · Health & wellbeing

Knowing they are doing well — without needing to call every day.

The silent concern — «how was the night?» — is what eats the most. Here, the feeling becomes something you see, calmly and in passing, instead of something you have to chase.

  • Wellbeing check

A daily «everything is fine» that the parent sends with a push — or that you agree on who will check. You see it on the way to work and avoid worrying about how the night was.

  • Medicines

Doses, schedules and reminders are gathered in one place. People with permission can see what has been marked as done.

  • Health diary

Mood, sleep, appetite and symptoms over time, noted by the person present. Compiled and easy to show the doctor, so you don't have to remember afterwards.

  • Coming home after hospital

The first weeks at home are the most fragile. Lomia makes a clear plan — who looks after, which medications apply now, what needs to be followed up — so no ball is dropped in the transition.

  • Emergency details

What an ambulance or emergency room needs in an emergency situation: medications, diagnoses, allergies, next of kin and power of attorney — collected and accessible in seconds.

Area 03 · The family & the network

A room where decisions are made together — not in a threaded group chat.

It is not only the parent who needs care. So do you — especially the one who wears the most. This is where the conversations, decisions and support that keep the family whole reside.

  • Messages

The important thing, separated from the image flow and the jokes. Nothing drowns, and decisions don't end up at the bottom of a thread no one has the energy to scroll.

  • Family council

Questions and decisions are gathered for people with permission, making it easier to follow what has been decided.

  • Dependent support & relief

Support and relief for those of you who carry the most, so you can also cope. Schedule rest and share the burden consciously, before someone walks into the wall.

  • Seek support

Help to find the right way in the municipality's efforts — welfare officers, home care, family support — and keep track of what has been applied for and granted.

    Expanded continuously
  • Contacts & network

Doctor, home care, the neighbor with a key, the friend who looks over — all numbers in one place, accessible to whoever needs them at that moment.

Area 04 · Important papers, for sure

What must not be lost — gathered, organised and accessible when it matters.

When things become urgent, no one should have to search for a passport or power of attorney. Important information is gathered here, accessible to those with permission when it is needed.

  • Documents & passwords

Permission-controlled documents and sensitive information for passports, contracts, powers of attorney, passwords and codes.

  • Powers of attorney

Who gets to do what — clear, written and easy to find. No more uncertainty about who actually gets to talk to the bank or health care.

  • Finances & bills

Bills, direct debit and a calm overview of what has been paid. No late fees, no paying the same bill twice.

  • Stand-in

If something happens to you, a designated person can step in and see just what is needed — nothing more. So that the chain doesn't break when the wearer suddenly can't.

Area 05 · Difficult moments, handled with dignity

The conversations no one wants to have — made easier with gentle guidance.

There are subjects you put off until it's too late. Lomia doesn't force anything, but makes it possible to take them on time — and with dignity. And in the middle of all the heavy stuff: a place for joy and memories.

  • Memory book

Images, voices and stories, gathered in one place. A reason to open the app in joy — the parent adds himself, or just watches.

  • Difficult calls

Soft guides for talking about care, will and future — the driver's license, housing, what you prefer not to mention — in time and with respect.

  • Move to accommodation

Moving house checklists: address changes, insurance, terminations — and the favorite things to go with, plus a story card about who the parent is.

  • Later in life

Wills, powers of attorney, wills and estates — prepared and structured, so you don't start with blank paper at the most difficult moment.

Getting started

You don't need everything at once.

Start with what matters most to you — for many families, that is the calendar and wellbeing check. Lomia also brings together support for medication, finances, documents, moving and later life when those areas become relevant.

Phase 01

Safety net

Calendar and wellbeing check. See that daily life is running smoothly and that they are doing well — even from afar.

Phase 02

Working together

Medicines, errands, family advice and finances. More hands, more clearly distributed.

Phase 03

Moving

Returning home after hospital, change of residence and the papers in order — when the situation changes.

Phase 04

Later

Later in life, probate and the memories that remain. Worthy, prepared.
